About The Green Anvil Studio

My work is an expression of nature, and family anecdotes combined with my academic background in industrial design and metalsmithing. Growing up in Puerto Rico, I collected leaves and petals that I later used in my pressed flower artwork. The layers of flowers and leaves in my artwork inspires the many layers and textures I use to design my jewelry.
Each of my jewelry pieces is unique & one of a kind, but I sometimes create multiples of specific designs. I work in sterling, fine silver, copper, and brass using traditional & non- traditional jewelry/metal working techniques.
My home studio is located in the Foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. I live here with my husband, a family of deer, some raccoons, a red fox, the occasional bear, and many migratory birds.
